2-Year Warranty

Your Ruby Recline is built to last, and we stand behind it. Every mat is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.

What's covered — If your mat develops a fault in its LEDs, wiring, controller, or construction during normal use within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

What's not covered — Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear. Applies to the original purchaser; proof of purchase may be required.

Making a claim — Email kenebene9@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps), and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
