We want you to feel the difference for yourself, on your own schedule. Every Ruby Recline comes with a 60-night home trial. Use it daily for two months — if it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.

How it works — Try the Ruby Recline for up to 60 nights from the day it arrives. To return it, email [your support email] to start the process and we'll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive the mat back in usable condition, we'll refund your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

A few details — The trial covers one mat per household and the product should be returned with its original components. Please keep your order confirmation handy. Items returned damaged beyond normal use may be subject to a partial refund.

If your mat arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
