Every Ruby Recline ships free within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Because the Ruby Recline is a large item, it ships via tracked courier and may require a signature on delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email us at [your support email] and we'll look into it right away.

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us before ordering.
